Early termination of agreement results in a $150 termination fee from Nevada Bell Wireless and an additional $300 early termination fee from Lakeshore Paging & Cellular when a phone is purchased at less than suggested retail value (promotional rates). All service subscriptions are subject to credit verification. Credit limits apply. Based on credit assessment, deposit may be required. Airtime and long distance is billed in full minute increments and is rounded up to the next minute. 7 One-year
service agreement required on Partner Value Plan whether or not primary
subscriber has a contract calling plan. Partner Value Plan is billed to primary
PCS account holder. If primary subscriber terminates service, Partner Value Plan
must be converted to any available retail calling plan for the remainder of the
term or early termination of one-year service agreement results in a $150
termination fee. No promotional phone prices apply, customer must pay
suggested retail price for phone activated on the Partner Plan.
Limit two Partner Value Plans per primary PCS account. No free minutes are
included with this plan. Free minutes of primary subscriber do not extend to
nor, may be shared with the Partner Value Plan. Additional restrictions may
