Return
Policy
All of LowPriceWireless.com's products are guaranteed
against defects for 25 days from the date of shipment of
merchandise, except as expressly stated below.
LowPriceWireless.com makes no representations or
warranties, either express or implied, of any kind.
With respect to products sold on the LowPriceWireless.com
site, except as expressly stated herein, LowPriceWireless.com
expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,
of any kind with respect to products sold on this site,
including but not limited to, merchantability for a
particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive
maximum liability to LowPriceWireless.com arising from any
product sold on the LowPriceWireless.com site shall be the
price of the product ordered. In no event shall
LowPriceWireless.com (or its parent company, The Lake
Shore Group, Inc.), its directors, officers, employees and
representatives be liable for special, indirect,
consequential, or punitive damages related to product
sold.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS: Should the product you
purchased be defective upon receipt of shipment, you can
contact our Customer Care department (via email) to
arrange the return shipment and replacement of the
product. If you prefer to receive a refund, you will be
instructed to return shipment of the defective product.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS: If you elect to
return the product (non-defective) you purchased in
accordance with LowPriceWireless.com Terms &
Conditions for non-defective product returns, you can
contact our Customer Care department for instructions on
returning the product in the original unopened shipment
box (again, please email Customer Care).
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY: Anytime
beyond 25 days from date of shipment of merchandise, no
returns will be accepted by LowPriceWireless.com. After
this time, all returns, repairs and replacements must be
handled directly with the manufacturer. Most products are
sold with a limited manufacturer�s or distributor�s
warranty if available. The warranty period and service
varies by manufacturer and product. Manufacturer and
distributor information is subject to change without
notice.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
All returns of non-defective merchandise for refund are
subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and must be returned in
the original, unopened packaging. Electronic items
cannot be returned due to the delicate nature of the
product (this includes the Antenna Booster).
Before returning any item, you must first contact our
Customer Care department within 15 days from date of
shipment of merchandise for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Send your request via email to
CustomerService@LowPriceWireless.com or call our Customer
Care number at (702) 870-7700 during the hours of 10am �
5pm Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday except holidays.
If our operators are busy, please leave a call back number
and brief description of your return issue. Your
call will be returned promptly.
All returns are subject to approval prior to the issuance
of an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a
LowPriceWireless.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. No RMA number is issued after 15 days from date of
shipment. Please contact our Customer Care department for
complete information.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY:

merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

the hours of 10am � 5pm Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday
except holidays.
Customer Care will provide instructions on returning
defective items. The RMA number must appear on the
shipping label. Please do not write on the outside of the
box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
and a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip.
Please allow up to 12 business days after we receive your
return for your repair, replacement or refund to be
processed.
RETURN PROCEDURE: Please
refer to the following instructions when sending your
original item: 1. Call for your Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number � the Return Authorization
form will be sent (via email) to you for completion.
Please note, the return-to address may not be the same as
the address listed on your box. You will be given the
proper return address when you request your RMA. 2. All
items must be in original condition with all warranty
cards, manuals, and accessories enclosed. 3. Remember to
include your packing slip, the original Order Number, and
the product SKU number from the original order. 4. Include
your shipping zip code. 5. Include your daytime phone
number and email address. 6. The RMA number must appear on
the shipping label. Please do not write on the outside of
the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA
number. The RMA number is good for one item only and must
match the product authorized for return. 7. For
non-defective products, return the merchandise to the
address provided to you by Customer Care with the RMA.
Returns shipping must be prepaid and must be sent via
Express Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any other delivery
service, which will provide you with a tracking number to
confirm receipt of the merchandise returned. 8. Once a
tracking number is issued, please send us an e-mail to: CustomerService@LowPriceWireless.com
advising us of the return shipment. In order to expedite
the processing of your return, please include: Your Name,
Product Name, Order Date, Order Number, RMA Number, and
Tracking Number. 9. For defective products only, an
LowPriceWireless.com Customer Care representative will
provide alternate instructions on merchandise return on a
case-by-case basis. 10. All returned merchandise must be
received within ten (10) days of the RMA number and return
instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or
complete forfeiture of a refund, if applicable. The
cost of shipping product back for refund or credit
consideration is not the responsibility of
lowpricewireless.com and must be prepaid by the customer,
otherwise, no credit or refund can be processed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS: Should the product you
purchased be defective upon receipt of shipment, you can
contact our Customer Care department to arrange for return
and replacement of the product. Or, if you prefer to
receive a refund or credit, upon receipt of the defective
product, our Customer Care Department will issue a credit
with LowPriceWireless.com or a refund for its full value.
If your payment method originally included your credit
card, the amount originally charged to your credit card
will be reversed, unless a credit is issued.

Despite our best efforts, we
realize there may be times when someone drops the ball and your
merchandise isn't delivered promptly or merchandise that is delivered
isn't exactly what you ordered. You should know that the federal
government has strict rules regarding mail-order and credit card billing.
Mail-Order
Rule
The federal Mail-Order Rule, also
known as the 30-Day Rule requires businesses that advertise mail or
telephone-order merchandise to have a reasonable basis for stating or
implying that they can ship within a certain time. Even if no shipment
time is stated, the law requires Merchants to have a reasonable basis for
believing that they can ship within 30 days (thus, the nickname). If a
business discovers it cannot ship on time, it must seek your consent to
delay shipment. If it is unable to obtain that consent, the Merchant must,
without any request from you, promptly refund all the money you paid.
Fair
Credit Billing Act
If you're charged for something
you didn't order, you must notify your credit card provider in writing in
accordance with its reporting rules and procedures and the federal Fair
Credit Billing Act. Under the act, if you find such a mistake on your
bill, you must send a written letter to the creditor within 60 days after
the first bill containing the error was mailed to you. Consumer advocates
recommend you send the letter by certified mailing with a return receipt
request, so you have proof of the mailing date. The Better
Business Bureau recommends that you include
- A copy of your credit card statement showing your name and credit
card number and unauthorized charge in dispute
- A statement explaining the billing error and the dollar amount
involved
Your card issuer must respond to your letter within 30 days after it is
received unless the problem is resolved within that period. While a bill
is being disputed, the creditor may not threaten to damage your credit
rating or report you as delinquent to anyone. In addition, most banks
cover all the charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit
card or limit your liability to the $50 required by federal law.
